I loved the location. We weren’t on the boardwalk so it wasn’t super busy out front or loud. The location is extremely peaceful and you can go to the beach at 9:30 am and it’s still not packed or swamped with people. Both mornings we got a front row umbrella to the beautiful ocean and each night we got an extremely peaceful relaxing spot on the balcony. Also - we had neighbors in both rooms next to us and never heard a peep. It was honestly the most unbothered I’ve ever been in a hotel.

There was a lot unfortunately. Now, we did book last minute as our dates had to change but for what we paid for 3 nights, I think it could’ve been better. I don’t necessarily fault the staff, I just think the place is short staffed like everywhere else but the room is in serious need of some upgrades and cleaning. There was mold, everywhere. I mean. EVERYWHERE. Our first night there we spilled water on the bed so we stripped the mattress and planned to call for spare sheets. Upon us stripping the sheets, we found a zip up cloth mattress cover with a spot bigger than my hand, of black mold. It was disgusting. I saw it through the sheet so I am convinced the cleaning people HAD to have noticed it while changing said sheets. It was right at the corner where you tuck the corner next to the bedside table. You’d be blind not to see it. We called & asked for a new mattress cover and went about our day. We got back to our room hours later to housekeeping having been there, both beds made. We pulled up the covers and top sheet to find the cover STILL had the HUGE spot of mold. We called again and housekeeping told us they were told we needed new sheets. But again, it would be IMPOSSIBLE to miss this freaking black mold on white sheets. For that, I do fault the staff. That was ridiculous no one “noticed”, twice. We are next to the ocean so I expect some mold but it was everywhere. In the bathroom, on the walls, inside the lamp shades, on the ceiling in the bathroom, along the seems to the door frames, light switches. EVERYWHERE. I felt surrounded & uncomfortable as my daughter has asthma. The carpets were dirty but honestly, I expected it. Most hotels carpets aren’t cleaned. Only other complaints were they gave us like 10 hand towels and 3 wash cloths when we asked for more towels and wash cloths. I had to call 3 times to get them and even asked the front desk once at breakfast.

I was happy that the reservation desk was able to switch me to a room that actually was able to accommodate the people that were with me

The advertisement was misleading and therefore I had to cut my vacation short one day pay 100 dollars for an upgrade Then to make matters worse I could only stay 2 days because the following day I was not able to receive t the same room

the place was ok but the bathroom floor was very slippery after they had just cleaned our room

we paid for an ocean view but we got stuck on the 1st floor rm 107 sandwiched between the outdoor pool and the elevator and indoor pool noise. There was no view. we couldnt use our balcony because it was right next to the outdoor pool with kids splashing around. coudnt even open up the curtains to let the sunlight in because of the pool. what a waste

It was dirty. The refrigerator and microwave were in need of replacement. The seal of the refrigerator was nasty dirty. There was a filthy pack and play in the room. The pull out couch was horrible. The bathroom door kept getting stuck. The kids were scared because they couldn’t get out. The elevator sounds like it’s break down at any moment. Both pools were dirty. There were finger nails and blood on the concrete by the towel holders by the inside pool. I would never stay there again and couldn’t wait to get out of there.

It was ocean front

It was very old, the bathroom in our room had wallpaper that was pealing off. The cabinets in rooms kitchen area were old white painted, very old in appearance. There wasn’t a lobby in our building you had to go up steep steps to enter into building or go around to side of building and travel a zigzag ramp.

Good location. Awesome parking. Great if not spending a lot of time in your room. Close enough to attractions. Walkable.

In room coffee set up not so good.

The location was convenient to activities. It is slightly off the boardwalk so a bit quieter but still near enough for access. Some of the staff were helpful, but others need to improve their attitude. They acted annoyed to have to do anything.

Staff gave me the worst room in the place, commenting that I booked through a third party. It was by the elevator and was noisy and looked out onto the parking lot. Breakfast was included but the only natural food was some rotten fruit.

The location was easy to get to where we needed to be.

The room was very dated and many parts of the room were broken, cracked or falling a part.
