Very outdated,worst pillows on bed,had terrible night sleep

The pool pool was very nice it was clean but musty

Housekeepers do not clean do you leave if you want them to come in and clean your room you got to ask it to front desk there's a door hanger that says clean room they blow it off and ignore it the room was clean when I checked in but musty I don't think there's any way around that when you're not cleaning every day all in all it's a good value if you throw your towels out they hang new ones on the door in a bag

Everyone was very friendly. Breakfast was well stocked and good.

The bathroom was chipping paint above the shower and we found tissues in our bed and our youngest kept finding old butter containers🤢. And the rooms could use a little more lighting.

Location to UMF

Old, needs severe remodel. Rooms and facilities in bad state of disrepair. Morning breakfast was insufficient, food gone at 8:45, but ends at 9:30. Hallways smelled of marijuana smoke, people (smokers) loitering outside, unprofessional staff/cleaning personnel talking loudly about parole and their personal time spent in jail to guests they obviously knew in hallways.

It was awesome. The pool and hot tub were highlights as was the free breakfast!

Pool and Breakfast buffet was perfect. Location was great.

The room was comfortable, nicer and larger than several other rooms at similar chains. The layouts of the hallways were unique, with trees inside the hotel.

To get to our room, we had to cut through a conference room that was a mess with carpet unsafely laying and causing a trip hazzard. Reserved the room three months in advance requesting a ground floor room (no stairs), shouldn't have had to traverse an obstacle course to get to it when other rooms should have been available. The desk clerk was less than helpful.

Nice area

When I check out, I am so shock, they took my money on my credit card $145, different price from booking com give for me. Hope they will return back my money in my credit card.
