spacious clean room

Very old hotel but clean. Everything was okay until the next morning around 8:20am, there was a housekeeping person knocked on the door and shout, "house keeping!" even when we had the "private" light on. The housekeeping person didn't come into the room becasue we locked the door from inside with the door latch lock. Then after the knock, the "hallway party" started with each housekeeping person (not sure how many on our floor) had radio on with loud music when they were walking/working on the hallway with loud chatting with each other/ and guests all morning. The sound proof was ZERO, and housekeeping people weren't respect the guests who were trying to rest inside the room in the morning before the check out time 11am.

It was clean, comfortable and the staff were fabulous!

It was maybe a little over priced.

My room had a leak in the ceiling. The smell was not that great. The ceiling fans were dirty. They did make it right and gave us new rooms.

The staff was very helpful and friendly...made us feel like we were important.

Club Kokomo was a little loud...but this is the heart of Lake Havasu...to be expected.

Nice hotel with good personnel. Nice location.

When booking it on Booking.com it stated "Amenities of London Bridge Resort" "Airport shuttle (free)" Since I paid a premium for this room I felt there was value to this service. Airport and hotel personnel knew nothing about this. I did have to pay $50.00 plus tip. At 2am there was a group of loud people outside our room. Another room called security though they did not seem to do anything about it. The noise went on for another hour.

I liked the location of the resort in relation to the grocery store, restaurants, river, and other things to do in town. The size of the two bedroom room was good.

The customer service was not very consistent. I had both bad and good customer service experiences. They were not apologetic about the many things that went wrong during our stay. The hotel is pretty outdated and lacking in amenities.

Room was large and kitchen was okay. Nice to have a dining table.

Bedroom had no windows and was very cold. Also bedroom on the hallway and guests were running up and down outside our door all night. We lost track of time because there was no natural light. Only Queen beds available and they felt quite small.
