I love that it is right on the water

The lady at the front desk with the gray hair was outstanding. We rang the bell to turn in the room key/card and no one responded.

A needed outlet is placed under the shelf at bedside. My husband had to crawl under to plug in.

Upon booking we asked for a top floor room. We then called to add another bed as my son decided to stay with us. Upon arriving at 10 pm (late after a long day's drive) the woman told us she tried to call 3x (only 1 call was on my phone) and said she was moving us to the super 8 because they could not accommodate us even though they said on the phone they could. After expressing my frustrations, the woman literally yelled at me blaming me for asking to get an extra bed? We moved to the Super 8 as we had no choice. The people at the Super 8 were nice, however the rooms were not very clean or well kept.

Easy access, no issues, parking, and friendly staff. I stayed for a few days,and there were no issues. Pet friendly, ensure you don't plan to leave them unattended in the room.

They asked for a $100 CASH deposit for the room. (That was not mentioned online and was inconvenient)

Quiet, great view. Friendly staff. Clean room. Big shower. Conveniency of microwave and fridge.
AC only turned on if it was at 69° or below. But it felt good when it was on because otherwise it was hot and humid... but not bad. Very comfortable. I'd stay here again. Although they kept asking me if I had a cat in the room at the check in and check out, lol it got annoying after awhile because I don't have a cat and answered the same way each time lol. Other than that, great stay!

Room cost was too high, room size was incredibly small, amenities were non existent, it was smelly and dirty, and the building was loud.

The price was great. Close to food. If I was there to experience lake Havasu it would have been a great spot for easy access to the lake.
