I do sleep overs with my grandkids when I visit Vancouver and they love the pool.

I wish the breakfast went later in the morning. We aren't up by 9:00 am if we've played in the pool the night before.

Loved that we were in a bind, and best Western accommodated us. We needed 2 rooms, and it was very late notice and they still treated us amazingly. Best hotel experience I've had in a long time. They care about their customers.

There isn't anything I didn't like except.for the location. I got kind of nervous when I saw the motel next door because we had stayed in the motel before and that had been awful, but I needn't have worried because our stay at BW was excellent.

Location was good once we found it lol. Staff was so friendly and helpful.

The bed was saggy so we rolled into the middle a lot.

We like the set up for breakfast as it was spacious and not too crowded.

We felt the hours could have been at least a half hour longer for breakfast, especially on the weekend. There also was a lack of food and it was still before 9am. There was almost nothing to eat.

Grand daughter came for a sleep over with me and we loved the pool! Very clean area and pool temp was excellent!

We just wished breakfast went longer as we slept in.

Many homeless people, some tried to remove our roof top box!! lots of trash in area.

The complimentary breakfast was fine, the grounds were nicely kep..

The room although listed as non-smoking reeked of smoke. The location was near some RVs used by homeless people.

Upstairs people were pretty loud in the early morning and couldn’t sleep, but besides that it was great.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff is also.

Loved the breakfast and all the attention from the staff. The housekeepers are wonderful.
