Clean, Great location!

The staff were amazing. So helpful, carrying bags, giving dinner and places to visit. We loved them.

Was quite noisy in the morning due to construction work next door starting at 07.30am. It was really loud

Good location - good breakfast restaurant (The Stove) is just a few steps by and a minute to a supermarket. The staff was very friendly.

The rooms lack of AC which ruined our night's sleep. Although the hotel provides a set of fans, it won't help - it'll feel like a hair blower. This won't suit light sleepers (that require the windows to be closed). The room is pretty outdated. No elevator to the upper floors.

The front desk guy was awesome! The lobby with coffee, etc., and old time movies, guest computer, books to borrow…. The location was nice too, especially for our needs. Nice to be away from the touristy hubbub.

It was on the pricey side for our budget, but to be expected.

Bed was comfortable and the hot tub was nice.

We visited as part of our honeymoon road trip. We had emailed before our arrival asking for a nice room with a view if possible. We got a room with a view of a car park and a building site. We were awoken by building work at 7am. Property is dated.

Tom is amazing, gave us a wonderful recommendation for food, kept the hot tub open a bit longer, and made the stay feel super welcoming! We’re definitely coming back.

The staff went out of their way to make our stay splendiferous. Could not be more helpful. Excellent proximity to shops, bars and restaurants. Magical walking trail minutes away. Comfortable room with well appointed bathroom.
