Very safe location!

The bathroom door wasn't working that very well missing some screws also there was no parking we parked in the business next door.

Less expensive at the last minute. But still over priced.

Run down and outdated and poorly kept.

I appreciated the towels being replaced daily! The room was nice size. The bed was nice and liked having a fridge and microwave in the room.

The chairs need to be replaced in the room. They are pretty old and worn out. Several places need a little TLC and need to be updated in the room's and throughout the facility.

The whole place was run down and tired and dirty in places. The rear entrance steps to the first floor had clearly not been hoovered for a long time. The windows were filthy - not just in our room, but passing other rooms they were no better. The toilet roll holder was broken and a tile on the floor had snapped. The bath looked dirty, but I will give them the benefit of the doubt in that it may have been from the shower water. Breakfast was the minimum you could get away with while still calling it 'breakfast included'. When room service cleaned the bathroom, my wife's hair was still on the floor tiles - the cleaning had been poor. Water was shut off one day during our stay for a couple of hours for maintenance repairs - no-one had given prior warning that this was going to happen. WiFi was slow and unreliable. To top it off, the pool was closed for maintenance (not that I would have used it given the state of the place) - I think for the whole six days we were there. Won't be back...

It was quiet.

1) No hot water. 2) The room was about 100 degrees inside when we arrived, it took a couple hours to cool it off enough to get to sleep. 3) The room is in need of maintenance (paint and repairs are needed) 4) It wasn’t clean - there were stains in the bedding, and the sink drain was gross 5) The breakfast was not good - the coffee was terrible, and the food options were pretty limited. 6) Pool and hot tub out of service

The people that checked us in were very friendly and the room was spacious. The night shift staff said we could get a late check out if we called in the morning or mentioned at breakfast that we wanted to do that.

None of the amenities were available such as a non functioning pool (under maintenance), vending machines were empty, no water in vending machines, no channels (very pixelated, looked like I was watching a tv from 1992, there was no shampoo or soap in the room, and the toilet was not cleaned prior to our arrival. There was poop splatters in the toilet, it looked like the guests prior to us had Taco Time and the cleaning staff didn’t want anything to do with it. Also, why is there no way to get to the office from the inside of the hotel? We had to go outside to get to the office and it’s kinda annoying if it’s cold outside. Lastly, when we called in the morning for a late check out the man over the phone was not friendly and said they don’t do late check out. My boyfriend informed him that we were told last night we could arrange this and he turned us down. When my boyfriend stated this the gentleman on the phone said he was being rude for asking and was being challenging on the phone. He let us extend our stay for only 30 extra minutes (check out at 11:30) which I thought was weird because most hotels allow late check out until noon.

Hotel is very dated and needs a complete refurbishment.

The entire week was great, it's a shame that some of the customers take advantage of the free continental breakfast and hoard and devour everything,,

Front desk was very helpful, friendly and available. Bagels added a lot to the Continental Breakfast and the internet was fast, not behind a sign-in and fast.

The person on floor two who seemed to live there and stomp around until midnight.
