Owner did NOT give us the code to get in before hand. We waited outside for 2 hours before we could access our room. The facility was dirty and needed cleaning. It’s located on a very busy, noisy street.

Room was spacious and the bathroom was nice. The WiFi was excellent. Very clean and neat. Quiet with the exception of some loud children staying in nearby rooms, but they quieted down at a good hour. The living area is neat and was largely unoccupied, making for a quiet getaway. Location is convenient for food, shopping, and the universities.

The mattress was exceptionally firm, which made for a rougher sleep. The floors are creaky which made me worry about disrupting the other guests. The ceiling fan is a bit low and one could hit their head on it. The house is located next to a busy road so there is some road noise and foot traffic which encouraged me to keep my blinds closed.

The house was beautiful, the room was spacious and clean but that's about where the good points end. . Our first day there my wife did a load of laundry, she left the laundry in the machines to wash and dry for a couple of hours. During this time frame another guest stole our laundry from the laundry room. They took my wife's bran new bras and designer jeans, they also t ook a few items of my clothing as well. I reported the theft to the host, who refused to do anything about the theft. Furthermore the ad claimed continental breakfasts every morning, which consisted of dry cereal, coffee, and oatmeal. The ad claimed there would be milk every morning, we were there 5 days and only 2 of the 5 days was there milk. The hosts were rude and uncomfortable to be around.

It was quiet and conveniently located. Check in process was quick and simple. I was left undisturbed and felt well supplied for amenities. Host definitely over delivered on the stay based on the price. Definitely top recommendation in the area.

There is not much I didn’t like. I think everything was basically perfect for my expectations and above and beyond. None of the usual complaints I have for hotels.

this is an outstanding value. Much better than any cheap motel! I enjoyed hanging out at the house, as it is quiet and clean.
