Modern & clean hotel which had everything we needed. Staff were friendly & helpful, room cleaning were particularly excellent. They cleaned our room so well every day & were very accommodating. Pool & solarium areas were ideal and also the bar. Location was perfect, a short walk from the beach & old town and bus station is very near.

Our room was a little small but wasn't an issue. Would have been good to have better storage in rooms.

Everything is fine! I'll be back.

unfortunately our shower had a shape cracked tile underneath a bath mat . some scrapes on the floorboards also. real 4 star hotels would not have this !

Great bedrooms (size and cleanliness), food - good selection and all freshly prepared. Friendly and attentive staff!

The chairs on the balcony and in the main bar area could do with being upgraded - as I felt that this made the hotel feel a little like a canteen and also weren't super comfortable. The lighting in the dining room was also too bright and not relaxing for an evening meal. More Spanish music would also be great - I want to feel that I am on holiday in Spain! :)

This hotel was extremely comfortable and in a very central location. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was included in our stay and there was a wide range of food available every morning to cater for every taste. Pool and jacuzzi areas were well maintained and plenty of sun loungers available. The room was spacious with small balcony and fresh towels every day. Would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay, in a friendly atmosphere for a reasonable cost.

A taxi was included in the cost for to collect us from Girona airport on arrival, however this taxi was almost an hour late. The driver did however contact another driver at the airport to inform us of the delay.

Nice rooms, hotel in a strategic position in between 2 supermarkets and near a Pharmacy. 10 minutes walking distance from the beach.

The pool is a little smaller than it looks like in the pictures, difficult to find parking.

Clean room, beds and towels changed daily. Very quiet, comfortable beds. Nice breakfast. Perfect location, close to historic centre of Tossa de Mar.

The hotel felt really clean and modern and quite chic. There was a lovely feel about the hotel and the staff were excellent. We had B and B and the breakfast was nice. It was good value for the money and the location was excellent.

Clean and modern design. Enough parking places on the street. Jacuzzi on the rooftop with nice view.

1. We've got SICK because of the food in the hotel's restaurant!!! There could not be other explanation - our first dinner in the hotel brought us digestion problems for several days. The Manager of the restaurant didn't care and was very rude when we've explained him the situation. He sent us to the reception and the person on the reception sent us back to the restaurant saying "I can not decide anything". Absolutely unprofessional and not at all client-oriented work. DO NOT RISK your health, do not go to this place. 2. We were provided with a wrong room type in the beginning (worth then the one we paid for)

Good location, nice rooms, pools and jacuzi so good. Food fresh and tasty, if you have all inclusive food or breakfast/dinner you have to pay for the drinks (water, eine, juoce etc), except in the breakfast, the coffee, juice, water is free
