Very welcoming hosts and their dog Mateo. Lovely old inn and very comfortable and clean room. Hot breakfast was good. Excellent wi-fi. Easily walkable to several restaurants.

Beautiful full breakfast of baked pancake with apples and lean ham. Excellent coffee and all served on one long table so opportunity to enjoy conversation with other travelers.

The cleanliness, comfortable bed, nice owners, decor of room, location near a fun pub and pier. We enjoyed meeting the other people at B and B. And enjoyed walking to pier, and around the B and B. Shower was awesome, and the historical home and area. The owners were friendly, and so was there dog and made a lovely breakfast.

Doug and Elizabeth are most caring and gracious hosts. Their home is beautiful and relaxing. They are very much concerned with their guest's comfort and needs. Elisabeth breakfasts are oustanding and she will cater to any dietary needs. The location is perfect for guests to take a foot tour of the historical area. There are quaint shops and eateries in the area as well. We loved our stay there.

The property is well cared for. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The location is great, a short drive from both Providence and Newport. Doug and Liz are so warm and inviting, and the breakfast was fantastic every day.

This place is in the perfect location, easily walkable to the downtown area. The room and the inn itself was so charming with much of the original character intact. The breakfast was amazing and it was so fun to talk with other guests in the communal breakfast area.

I enjoyed the property it was very charming, offered free parking, and the rooms were very comfortable each with their own bathroom/shower. The house was clean and kitchen area for breakfast was immaculate and breakfast was well thought out. We enjoyed meeting other guests and having wonderful conversation. Check out was very smooth process and the house is very walkable to all things bristol and a short drive away to Newport. Great location by for couples.

The check in process was mixed up when we got to our room as an earlier guest was given our room but a call to the hosts cleared up the situation right away and there were no issues with checking in or our lovely room. Host was very friendly on phone and even gave great recommendations.
