Convenient location.

Washed (yet bloodstained) sheets were used on the bed. Staff was far from friendly. Cheap T.V. - terrible picture and sound. Dish satellite service was sporadic.

Beds need to be updated, air conditioning needs updating, perhaps mini splits, keys are old school need key cards.

Room, comfortable & clean. BED/SLEEP was the BEST! What made this stay exceptional was the STAFF! From "dawn to dusk", from complimentary continental breakfast to tikki bar at night - all staff were warm, accommodating and welcoming. Return trip just for staff alone!

Would have liked bureau vs the cubicles for clothing storage. Other than that - no dings!!

Such a pretty place in a great location! Our first time staying and can’t wait to return for a longer stay!

Beautiful resort. Nice decor in main areas. Loved the tiki bar and outdoor fire pit. Staff was very nice. Nice pools and Jacuzzi. Great location, walking distance to center of town. Clean. Nice continental breakfast.

When booking I thought I had a room with a balcony which is what I wanted. Instead I had a pretty basic plain room, not worth the nightly rate of almost $400. Not one picture on the walls or any other mirror besides the small bathroom sink one. Difficult for more than one person to get ready. I did let the front desk know and requested a new room but they were booked solid.

Location! Walking distance to the best of Ogunquit! Clean well maintained property. Adults only pool and hot tub with separate pool for kids!

No decorations in our room.. we had to ask for towels they never replaced the used ones

there were some noisy neighbors who were staying at the Admiral Inn near our room making a lot of noise, singing, yelling and going into the pool after hours up until 1am
