Nice view and proximity to beach.

Very cramped. Bathroom tile and sink not clean. Toilet slanted to one side. Old fashioned decor. Internet kept going out.

Location ideal,staff friendly .

Noisy, no screen on sliding door,mold on bathroom ceiling thankfully we only stayed 1 night.

Nice rooms with balcony. Enjoyed the perk of a pool.

Definitely dated but location is key in Ogunquit especially when the weather allows for a great sunrise and beach day!

The room was very clean and roomy. Beautiful location. Quiet & serene considering our room was right on the main road. Highly recommend & I'd definitely return. Staff very helpful & friendly. Awesome water pressure!!!

Rooms (excluding bathroom) in desperate need of renovation. Room was next to noisy dryer vent, which would run from 6:00am to 6:00pm.

Room had a very heavy, overwhelming smell of antiseptic deodorizer, had to wash every item of clean clothing when we got home. A lot of noise from above and next door. Will never stay here again. I expected a lot more, to say the least. Internet access was very slow, when it worked at all, unable to read the Boston Globe online, connection was continually lost.

Great location, midway between the Main Beach and the little downtown area. We easily walked to the beach and the many downtown restaurants. Another plus is the outdoor heated pool which we were very comfortable in, even in mid September on a breezy day. The beds were also very comfortable.

The parking is a little tough, especially in an extended cab pickup. Had to perform some tricky maneuvering.

The location can’t be beat! only a 2 minute walk either down to the beach or up to village. Also friendly staff and comfortable bed.

it’s a bit funky and dated inside. interior furnishings are yard sale mix and match. no outdoor seating on lawn, only at pool area. wished there was a hot tub as it was cool when we were there.

the doors for the rooms were old thin brown wooden doors with a actual key lock. The hallway smelled, the room had a mildew or something unpleasant smell. The room had just a chain lock. The room did not have a safe. Their was no screen on the slider doors. Their should be a light curtain under the shade for the patio so when you opened the shades to deck you could have some privacy and sunlight. When I checked in I was made aware of where the bikes were to use and where and how to use the paddles boards. The doors going into building to get to room were unlocked my whole stay.

Location, location to walk to the beach and town

The room itself was outdated and needs work. No artwork on the walls. No dresser for clothes, Wifi didn’t reach our end of the building. We could hear every step the guests above us took,Floors very squeaky. Room smelled a little musty after probably being wet and sandy most of the summer.
