Nothing.

The property was dirty and run down. The room smelled musty and gross. The bedside lamp was broken and rusted. The chain link on the door was missing. The bathroom was dirty and there was mildew in the shower. It was so tiny that the bathroom sink was in the bedroom. The room was not worth the money and looked nothing like the pictures. It was so disgusting that after getting there at almost midnight we left at 7am. We slept on top of the sheets and didn’t want to touch anything. Never again.

I liked that the motel was close to the board walk and had pretty much everything that was within 1-2 miles of our room.

This motel was disgusting for the price that we paid! The rooms were gross. They smelt like mold. When asked to have our room made up and clean towels, they only made up 1 bed and folded up dirty towels and left them for us. I would NEVER stay at this motel again.

Family friendly, respectful crowd.

A bit outdated ie: dresser drawers off track. Little touch up needed ie: paint in concern areas would go a long way, around windows and doors.

I liked how clean the room was. I liked how friendly the staff was. I liked the location and parking.

If i had to list anything about the place bad, i would have to say the exterior exit sign on the 3rd floor was upside down. But everything in our room was clean.

Location is very close to beach access and it's near the start of the boardwalk. Rooms were affordable and it had everything that we needed for a weekend stay. There was a small kitchenette and cooking items (and plates and cups).

The bathroom is rather small with the sink being outside of the bathroom. There's not a ton of counter space at the sink. I didn't notice any outside shower or place to rinse off sand.

The light wasn’t working properly and the tv didn’t work

The layout of the motel was enjoyable and comfortable. The view was not oceanfront but it was satisfactory. The office staff was professional, courteous, and personable I will go there again.
