They have the spa jet tub.

They only gave us 1 bathrobe, 1 towel, 1 face towel and one small towel for the jacuzzi spa when I booked for 2 people. Hopefully they did not charge me for that (since they have not returned my deposit yet)

The property was absolutely fine.

It would have been better if had a coffee shop facility and evening dining. Where it was situated. I had thought it was closer to the centre of Bellevue.

Nice location off the highway

I am not sure how they had gotten such good reviews. The safe never worked for us on the 3 nights that we were there. Had called reception. No one had come to help. When I called back to ask for help they said the maintainance had not arrived. I had to leave for the day and requested the reception staff to please make sure that the safe was fixed when we got back. It was not fixed and no one offered any explanation I had to carry all valuables all day, passport computer etc on hikes becuase of this for the entire trip. 3 people staying in the room. Room bathroom was not cleaned properly and only 2 towels were placed. When requested I was asked to go down to reception to collect the towel. Quite ridiculous.

The location was perfect for us. 5 mins from family and very easy to get to freeway while still being quiet.

The aim restaurant/ bar that was designed to be there was not operating so no ate night glass of wine, but they did offer complimentary breakfast/ coffee in the mornings.

Overall had a good experience. The breakfast was as expected. The room was clean.

The staff were so helpful, nice, and efficient. It was a very busy weekend (Taylor Swift concert and a Bluejays vs. Mariners game) but our wait time to check-in was minimal. Keyrani provided us with more help than we could have even hoped for after our previous hotel reservation was canceled because they overbooked. The location of Eastgate is extremely convenient, it is right off I-90, but we heard no road noise. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast looked and smelled great, although we didn't eat it. We will absolutely stay here again!

Front staff were friendly, breakfast was great to see as there are still quite a few not offering since Covid.

Only problem we had is talking to the maids attempting to clean our room did not speak English so there was a language barrier.

That I BOOKED STAY 1.5 MONTHS IN ADVANCED AND NO ONE TOLD ME THAT IT WAS NO LONGER SILVERCLOUD!!!!! that it was bought by BEST WESTERN!! I WOULD HAVE CANCELLED MY RESERVATIONS!!!! INSTEAD I WAS made to suffer the entire 4 nights 5 days ...booked for JULY 22 - july 26th............I stay at this particular hotel because it is 5 min drive from my doc office in Factoria Square...UW factoria Clinic. I drive from Spokane to Bellevue for clinic appts. ..........the manager had an attitude with my husband once he voiced his complaints.......The room smelled of SMOKE, the phone didn't work and the restaurant on site IS CLOSED PERMANENTLY!...u have to run back and forth for every meal.......no one to help with all our luggage, mini fridge barely kept anything cool, and on the 3 night around 11 pm someone on the second floor used the microwave and it CAUGHT ON FIRE ALL THE SMOKE ALARMS GO OFF ENTIRE HOTEL EVACUATED we are standing in parking lot....some ppl used the elevator which is something YOU NEVER do...fire department set up fans to blow out smoke in hallway,....mind you for the past 5 years we have been staying at this hotel when it was SILVERCLOUD.....our first stay as BEST WESTERN WAS HORRIFIC...COME TO FIND OUT THE PHONES IN ALL THE ROOMS HAD NOT BEEN WORKING SINCE FRIDAY, WE CHECKED IN ON A THURSDAY...MY DOCTOR WAS TRYING DESPERATELY TO REACH ME BUT COULDN'T CONTACT ME...NO I DON'T HAVE A CELL PHONE, nothing more than a tracking device and the money ppl spend could go into a savings account etc., I spend my money wisely and staying at BEST WESTERN or having a cell phone would be a poor choice in my opinion.......NEVER EVER STAY AT the BESTWESTERN EASTGATE located in BELLEVUE WASHINGTON....u have been warned.
