NO breakfast available, promised or delivered. It was clearly indicated before booking there was NO breakfast. .Excellent working desk with power. Sufficient sized room and was quiet. Hot water was excellent & hot. Shower was well equipped.

Could use more street lights upon exiting. Bathroom was minimally heated so leave door open.. Double beds were very small. No night light.

Toilet needs to have a lid. With no counter space around the sink, I was afraid of thinks falling into the toilet.

They wouldn't let me stay without a $100 deposit for my service dog. Also needed to know what my service dog does for me, which is against the law as well as refusing my stay with my dog. When I booked my stay, I did mention the dog in the special request box and one of the web pages said dogs welcome. Everything else was great.

Owner was very friendly. Room was clean and quiet. If your looking for a clean, quiet place to sleep with no frills. This is it.

The motel reminded me of the 1970’s decor with dark paneling. The bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress needs to be replaced. The shower is made for people under 6’ tall. I had to bend down to shower plus it was dark. I had requested a River view but our room had a view of the steps to the owners apartment upstairs. There was no place for my wife to put her things when she was getting ready in the bathroom. Not even a toilet lid to set your toiletries on. If your a guy just looking for a clean, quiet place to sleep with no frills then this is your place. If your looking to stay in an updated hotel with all of the amenities then I would not suggest this motel.

I didn't realize there was breakfast, but will check on that the next time we stay. Just love everything about Riverside Motel, the room decor is so warming. Just Love sitting on the back porch over looking the pond, so intimate and cozy.

The bed were pretty hard, but can get past that for a night.

Friendly and accommodating owners. Comfortable bed and easy parking in front of the room. Everything we needed.

Several flies in the bathroom but we just kept the door shut and they didn't bother us too much. Not sure if there's a way to remedy this.
