The hotel is perfect for both short and long-term stays. The room I had came with an entire kitchen area, a spacious living room, and a separate bedroom. This hotel was probably one of the best value-for-money places I stayed in. The staff was very professional and extremely helpful. The room was exceptionally clean, organized, and warm. When I find myself in Juneau again, I will certainly be coming back to this hotel.

There really isn't anything negative to say about this hotel. The only "negative" thing to say is that the room decor is a bit dated, but to be perfectly honest, this added to the appeal of my stay. It felt like I was staying in an old-school motel before motel chains took over.

location and friendliness of staff.

when we arrived on Sunday night the outside temp was 19. But the room heat was not on, and though we immediately turned on the heat, it took until the next morning for the room to heat up. from then on the room was very comfortable.

Sophia and Lynn were wonderful, friendly, very helpful. Room and hotel was very quiet. Excellent location. Great size suite. TV in living room and bedroom. Lobby was decorated really nice for the Christmas holiday. Very welcoming energy as soon as you walk in the front door. Easy parking. Could walk downtown if we chose. My first time there and would highly recommend.

First bad impressions last. We emailed arrival info and asked for hotel's courtesy shuttle but it didn't come. Gentleman at check in didn't know or care, and couldn't help when our room phone did not work. Despite booking 5 months ago, the gentleman gave us two rooms twenty meters apart. No towels in one. Suites are advertised as fully equipped but no wine glasses, 2 plates for two people etc. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and women receptionists were helpful. Disappointing location.
