Good Location - felt safer than other areas in LA and decent shops a minuet walk over the road. The breakfast menu had nice options - although not many for vegetarians/vegans. Cocktails were great and the staff at the rooftop pool were very accommodating and all really lovely - they are a credit to the hotel. Pool was lovely to dip in in the morning. Rooms were clean, beds were really comfortable, bathroom great size and quality shampoo/conditioner/body wash provided! Great stock in the mini fridge.

We booked our room for 5 people, when we got to our room which was very late into the night due to a long drive from the Grand Canyon we just wanted to get into bed, however there was no bedding or sheets provided in the room. Also to our disappointment the sofa bed was broken and completely unfit for purpose. We then had to wait another hour before the situation could be resolved by bringing in a camp style bed, however this made our communal living space extremely small as we were unable to store the bed anywhere. We were not offered an alternative room or any compensation for this even though reception said they would speak to a manager the following day but this was never addressed. When checking out there were items on our bill which had been added on that were incorrect - this was rectified, however a bit of a hassle. Not a huge problem but when we wanted an early chilled night as we had early plans the following day, our TV did not work which meant we could not all watch something together.

Absolutely nothing it was the worst hotel ever

The staff was rude , the housekeepers are noisy. ,The beds are uncomfortable, and they don’t care about you as a guest do not stay at this hotel. They have a manager name Cesar, who is unprofessional and will make your stay miserable

Very dog friendly. That one fact was the deciding reason for staying here. The location was within walking distance of the building in which we had an interview for our visas. The neighborhood behind the hotel was beautiful & provided wonderful walks for our dog. Rooftop restaurant is a nice setting. Valet parking is very convenient though somewhat expensive ($45/night). Easy walk (12 minutes) to 3d street restaurants. Staff very friendly & helpful; they provided contact lens solution when I forgot mine.

The entrance is somewhat obscured from Wilshire Blvd. Once around the block to find the garage entrance. Rooftop pool is very small & shallow; not suitable for swimming.

My reservation was switched to another hotel at the last minute. I lost the desired location and amenities which caused me extra travel and time lost.
