Very clean, comfortable. I give 5 stars because I read a few negative reviews but decided to take the risk as I am.on a budget and so I was very pleased with my choice.

More larger towels.

The room was comfortable, but in the future I would not prefer hotel/motel room that has a window where someone can walk up to. Someone knocked on our window late around 2am, she had the wrong room but diffently was not opening the door..

Upon checking in we got our key card and headed to get bags from car and noticed that someone went into the room we just received key card to. So went to the room and told the other people in our room and then went to office to let them know of the mix-up that was unacceptable upon that she upgraded us to the suite. We truly appreciate the hotel for correcting the issue without hesitation. Thank you

There was a tv and bed, as expected...

We got there late at night in the middle of a rain storm and we were locked outside of the lobby while the desk guy was inside talking to a girl, it took about 7 minutes for him to let us in after we knocked, we were huddled up in a dry spot by the door waiting where he could see us and we were watching them, so it wasnt like nobody knew we were around.. once we got our keys we went up to our room & it stunk bad in there! I couldn't even pinpoint the smell. Just a weird, bad smell. I used febreeze and ozium all around the room and still could smell the funk. The bathroom was not very clean- pubes on the wall, black stuff on the floor of the tub, a dried up contact in the corner... plus the whole place just seemed kinda sketch. We did still sleep there despire it being unpleasant... just won't be back!

Had to travel for my aunt's surgery. Room was clean and quiet, plenty of parking and conveniently located right off the Watterson and only 3 exits from the hospital. Hot water and good water pressure. Staff was friendly. For a low cost hotel just a safe place to rest for a night or 2, it was all I needed and met my needs completely.

There was no breakfast and we had to beg to get coffee available before 8 AM.

The neighborhood is very sketchy. No good options for eating if you didn't have a car. Even the Waffle House nearby was bad condition.

The room was very clean. The staff at check in and check out was very friendly..

Did not like the coffee pot in the room. It was a tiny thing that used a special holder, and you have to use the coffee pod supplied by the hotel (only one pod provided). My husband wanted to watch the basketball tournament, but the TV only had basic internet which did not cover the tournament. These may sound like minor issues to some, and you do get what you pay for.

It was a nice hotel for the price, we needed a place to stay while we were visiting a relative in the hospital. It was a little further from the hospital than we would have liked, but for the money we saved it was worth it.

It seemed a little dark around the parking lot. Better would lighting would have made it feel safer.

It was clean, beds were comfortable, staff was friendly. Would stay there again.

Didn't like the attitude of the desk clerk. Didn't like the additional cost; both from website where it advertised one price and was charged a different price, $30 more, then $50 charge for possible damage. And the fact you took the money instantly but I have to wait 10 business days. The lobby being locked in the morning.

HORRIBLE! they are disgusting rooms. I will NEVER stay at any red roofs ever again. this was the worst hotel I have ever been in.

they charge a $50 deposit and said they will refund when checking out. it came off my account and then 3 days later I was charged AGAIN. with no explanation at all. shady place! I will get my money back! bet on that!
