It's always nice to have breakfast included. It's quiet during the night.

Only 1 elevator was working.

Friendly staff, good breakfast and very convenient to the Cuyahoga Railroad....which is what we visited.

Pool was clean and warm. Staff was friendly and helpful.

One elevator was out. Housekeeping didn't come when reserved, twice (apparently they are gone by 1pm). Two days of no towels in pool area. Jacuzzi is gone. No cups in fitness center for the water cooler. Peloton didn't work. Breakfast varied EVERY day. No microwave in room.

Very close to Blossom Music and a short drive to the FHOF. Good hot breakfast.

Asked for extra pillows(only 2 on a king) that never came! That was annoying! But not as annoying as the price difference from what I booked on Booking.com to what I was charged when I left! No explanation for the difference other than the room rate changed! Seriously??? Still trying to correct the error

The room and bathroom were clean.

The contour sheet didn't fit the mattress. It rolled off of the corners throughout the night. I woke up twice to fix it to no avail.

Staff was very friendly but too few of them. Large hotel and at night there was only one person on duty who could not give us more tiles because he was the only one there

Will never booked through booking.com again had multiple emails with come for mention of my stay however when we are rived they did not have the reservation also found out that if we would’ve called the hotel directly would’ve had a much cheaper rate than we got from booking.com never use booking.com again Housekeeping only every four days not good. To replenish your tiles you have to put them out of your door and then tell the desk you’d like more.

The room was exceptionally clean and the bed and bedding very comfortable.

Spotless! We stayed at this hotel for my son's Kent State spring football game! it was literally 9 minutes away from the center of Kent and a great value! Gas station and food options were close and for an adult it was nice to have a place to sleep away from all of the college partying sounds! We will be back
