Everything was great except for the breakfast.

We checked in our room and it reeked of cigarettes. the whole 3rd floor did. The smoke alarm was ripped off and there was burn holes in the comforter and chair. I immediately checked out and booked another hotel. also is advertised as non smoking

the microwave, fridge, phone or thermostat did not work. i even used my cell phone to call downstairs & could not get through

The location

The floor wasn't vacuumed. The chair by the desk had white stains in it. The TV had fingerprints on it so it hadn't been wiped down. No iron in the room. The curtains had brown stains on them. The soap dish was dirty. There was trash left in the garbage can.

The location was the best thing about the entire stay here, it is 10 minutes from my Moms house.

The facilities are neglected, the rooms had mold in the bathroom, the beds had major worn-out spots (slumps), the carpet was filthy and stunk to high heaven, breakfast they need to add some meat, I was afraid to sleep under the sheets because of how the room stunk!

Room looked clean

Room was hot despite having ac on. Halls and room had unpleasant smell. Bare minimum breakfast choices

Where they didn't come up and clean your room while you were gone is what I didn't like and I didn't like to where they was supposed to charge One credit card but did not . But instead charged the other credit card that was used to book it. but wasn't supposed to be used to pay for the two-night stay

We did not eat breakfast, went to a restaurant for breakfast. The bathroom counter had something sticky on it, A chair had a big hole in the seat, an extra bed up against the wall. Probably will look elsewhere for my next stay when in the area. I will say the people at the desk were very nice as was the ladies who checked me out. y problems was more on house cleaning.
