Good Location, lots of restaurant choices, lovely staff, shuttle service, family friendly, multiple pools.

While having breakfast at Escudos - employees were spraying chlorine on the walls right behind us! We couldn’t even eat our food from the chemical smells and we had two small children with us !!! You shoulnever allow that at prime time on property …especially around food and children!

Location, and amenities

The property was beautiful. It offered everything a traveling couple on leisure could ask for. We stayed on the 11th floor and watched the fireworks. “G” and Heather were super nice at breakfast and Nelson from Brooklyn was the best bus driver ever.

We wished it had a comforter on the bed. We got kind of cold at night.

Super family friendly atmosphere with plenty of pools to choose from to spend the day. We never had to leave the property for the weekend. Great staycation location.

There was pizza and bar food but not many other "restaurant options" but we made do with everything there.

Zimmer war relativ neu renoviert und sehr sauber und täglich wurden die Betten gemacht und neue Wasserflaschen bereitgestellt. Der Hotelpool ist schön gemacht und auch beheizt und man kann auch die anderen Pools vom Wyndham Club alle mitbenutzen. Am Samstag gab es am Pool eine Schaumparty, das hat vor allem die Kinder gefreut. Von den meisten Zimmern, die Blick zum Pool/See haben, kann man abends das Feuerwerk von Disneyworld sehen.

Kosten für Parken und Essen im Hotel sind hoch und es werden automatisch 20% Gratitude auf den Rechnungsbetrag geschlagen, sozusagen ein erzwungenes Trinkgeld. Auf vielen Liegen am Pool befand sich getrockneter Vogelkot, die Liegen werden offenbar nicht allzu oft gereinigt. Die Pooltücher haben schon bessere Zeiten gesehen.

The pools, lake and entertainment were brilliant. Our kids loved it. The breakfasts were really good.

House keeping / cleanliness wasn’t great. 3 days in a row we had to ring to ask for our room to be cleaned (as it hadn’t by 4pm). The toilet roll holder fell off. We also had to ask for toilet roll, as it ran out. Some of the hall ways needed hoovering. If you are staying for Disney, they only run 3 buses a day to each park. So we ended up using uber which cost $12 a journey.

Many options for the kids to enjoy the amenities. Lots to do for the kids with the inclusion of all the pools and play areas.

Fire alarm going off so we could not enjoy the breakfast on Saturday morning. Some of the pools were extremely busy so we could not get a chair on some days.

Every time we came back to our room our door was unlocked. Although we told the staff no one bothered finding a solution. We felt unsafe unfortunately.

Hotel was clean, pool area clean and friendly staff.

Parking fees and resort fees

The hotel was amazing and there are plenty of amenities from restaurants to groceries onsite.

My all-time favorite resort now. This is our second year in a row and I prefer this hotel over any on-site Disney resorts.. the rooms are so nice and the food provided throughout the hotel is amazing. Everything is always so clean.

Not much but our ice machine on our floor had no ice the whole time we were there

The Staff Only

The carpet in the room was dirty and smelled like wet dog. The lazy river pool was dirty. The safe in the room was broken. The room phone was broken. We requested from the Room Attendant an extra bath towel and she refused. The bed was not comfortable. Do not ever plan to return to this hotel again.

Ser um hotel “gateway” para a Disney não tem nenhum benefício real para o hóspede. Seria importante explicar isto nas informações de reserva.

Location is close of all the disney activities. I didnt like so much to be honest. And especially not with what you pay for it but i have to say that the staff did their best to take my complaints serious and tried to upgrade where possible. Where at some issues i think i got an upgrade where is should have got it from beginning and at the end you say thank you for it lol.....

Its very old place. Carpet is like 30 years old. Its not so clean and incredible much noise. Especially when you have room at floor 3-4-5 because of big airco's outside. Dining and breakfast are really bad. Poor also and the prices amazing. 2 steaks with nothing more.... no vegetables or fries.... 120 dollar.... breakfast for 2: 90 dollars including tip. Cleaning of room is also bad when you like to sleep inn. I have to be fair here to mention that i was compensated for this inconvenience.

Die Zimmer waren sauber und komfortabel. Lage ist gut, 15 min mit dem Auto zu Epcort.

Parken pro Tag 30,- Kaution für das Zimmer 200,- auf die darf man dann auch noch 3 bis 5 Tage warten bis man sie wieder erstattet bekommt. Essen und Getränke im Hotel sehr teuer.

We booked a balcony room with a view of the pool and lake, and the fireworks, and enjoyed the show each night. The room was comfortable and roomy. The common areas were very nice. The lake and outdoor areas are wonderful. We did not eat at the restaurants, but the coffee/snack bar was excellent.

The hotel charges a $38 resort fee per day. I understand charging extra for parking and services that not all guests use, but a resort fee is absurd, because everyone has to pay it regardless of whether any of the resort services are used. It is at best, a deceitful practice, which understates the price that people use for comparison shopping. The Wyndham would have received a 10 from me, were it not for this policy.

Director Jeff was truly AMAZING!! He went above and beyond our expectations. Not only did he help us happily, he ensured our entire visit would be the best one yet. Coming down for vacation after a house fire, and it seemed he was an angel sent from heaven. THANK YOU JEFF!!!

To our surprise, there was a flying roach that met us there. Although we didn’t see any further pests, that was a little disturbing and make us very cautious of eating and leaving anything open

Room was clean. We enjoyed the food delivery in the pool area. The Hotel was very close to the parks which made it easy after a long day out.

The sheets and view in the king with balcony was terrific.

Room was not available until 5 and the bell hop did not deliver luggage as promised. I had to track it down and was late to dinner. We were told the cabana could not be reserved until the day before, but at 12:01 am it was shown as already being reserved.
