Front desk was superb in answering general travel questions. Pleasant and forthcoming.

Bit noisy from airplanes early in the morning, but not enough to be annoying.

Plastic utensils at breakfast

The breakfast was very good with many varieties and everything was in good supply during the breakfast hours. It is unusual to find a hotel that serves a full American breakfast these days! Wonderful and helpful staff! They were very accommodating to the clients' requests such as fetching the stored Amazon packages and allowing holding bags at the reception, etc.... Praise,Ppraise and more Praise! The day I first stayed happened to be on the very busy International Miami Boat show and every hotel was full - which reflected that I had to pay double the rate in order to stay on that weekend. When I returned on the following weekend after the cruise - I did enjoy the more reasonable normal rate and had a very comfortable stay.

I would avoid staying on the first floor near the elevator because sleeping can be disturbed by loud passing by conversations during the night.

It had beds, bathrooms and a lobby to hang out in. The breakfast was good.

Way over priced, long waits to get help, the room did not have bedding ready for pullout couch and we had to wait for over an hour for it. The pool was out of service. They didn’t replace the drinking water in the lobby and the water fountain was slow with warm water.

The bed was comfy, there just weren’t enough of them. Two of my guests had to sleep on the floor on a mattress. I was supposed to have 2 beds, but only got 1.

It would have been better if they had given me the type of room I booked. They didn’t seem to care how this inconvenienced my party.

Over priced lousy food

Everything! Airport shuttle, guest laundry, pool, and breakfast/eating areas were all excellent, as was hotel staff.

Limited and expensive restaurant offerings at night, but the food was good.

Price little high for room size, location and service

Clean and spacious rooms

The room temperature was too cold and unable to adjust.. slept with sweater on which did little to ease the situation.
