It is very well-maintained. I stayed four nights and noticed on several mornings that the owner employed various specialists to perform routine maintenance of the property, including daily maid service and air conditioner maintenance in each unit. I also liked that each room had a microwave oven and refrigerator/freezer, which came in handy for reheating and storing the leftover pizza from last night’s dinner order.

Room was large. It was close to where I needed to be.

There was a living roach in the fridge. The TV barely worked. We were stuck with one channel. Cigarette burns on the bed covers. Floor was filthy. Bathtub nasty. Seriously, I backpack in the woods a lot so I am not insanely picky, but this was bad. I have no idea why anyone left good reviews. Had to sign a paper saying I wouldn't prostitute or use drugs.

The property was unassuming but clean and comfortable. Our room was quite large and the beds were quite cozy. We greatly appreciated the refrigerator and the microwave.

It’s definitely not the quietest property, it’s near a street with many trucks passing by. Definitely not a dealbreaker, but bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.
