The location was perfect. The staff was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Special thanks to the lady in the reception for being very welcoming and helpful as it was my first visit to Ann Arbor and she suggested lovely restaurants around the hotel for me to dine in. The room was clean. Definitely, I will choose this hotel for my next visit.

The price was a little bit high.

It is quiet, extremely well located and appears cozy.

I booked a 1 bedroom suite on the lowest floor available. I got that. However it was at the back end, overlooking the alley on 2 sides. The garbage trucks arrived each morning at 4:45, continuing until 5:15. The end of peaceful sleep. Be careful of what you ask for.

Front desk staff were polite. Close to U of M hospital. Valet parking guys nice.

The kitchen help was rude! And was hoping to get discount for staying there- while wife had a procedure at U of M hospital.

Close proximity to other buildings garbage dumpster being moved at 5 AM right next to my room, housekeeping stole my watch

Great location. Good ambience and decoration. Well equipped bathroom. Breakfast ok.

Lots of noise coming from outside the room and from outside the hotel in the morning. Not so good if you are on vacation. I think hotels became horribly expensive in the last years, while value dropped.
