What was not to like. Spacious room. Very clean and comfortable. Big bathroom. Awesome breakfast! Great team working there. Close to downtown Ann Arbor.

Did not prefer the on-street parking. But it was not a busy street and alway got a space by the entrance.

Terrific! I wish I could live there! Charming. Unusual. Amazing and beautiful. Great owners

Well, the layout was full of elaborate and fascinating twists and turns. But I liked it.

The breakfast menu was fabulous, and served in porcelain service, which is much appreciated (a nice change from plastic and paper). The warm welcome. The free street parking. The peace and quiet in this lovely garden.

We stayed in the Carriage house and one of the bedroom has no window (this is structural), but that room tended to not get fresh air from the outside. Maybe if you are thinking of renovating some day - building a couple of windows into the wall behind the house would be an opportunity to open up both the bethroom and that bedroom to help fresh air circulation.

The property was unique, beautiful, quiet and interesting!

The grounds are lovely, the breakfast was delicious.

The self serve aspect was deplorable. No human contact except on the phone. Check yourself in, order your food via phone, very cold reception. Room had no water to drink, no Kleenex, only 1 fan to share between 2 sleeping areas. Carriage room bottom floor is useless and stiffly decorated, musty smell. Needs attention!

Convenient, lovely property. Nice room, great breakfast and breakfast staff.

Room not cool when entered. Very warm night, cooled slightly with A/C when turned on.
