A lot of construction noise. When knocking ect on door. / Give a person … Time to open the Door !!!!! Parking filled up fast an some areas barley enough room to drive thru. Bed was kinda uncomfortable in the middle.

The wifi was to slow to stream anything.

This hotel room was cheaper by far than every other hotel and I didn’t really see any downsides.

There were like 2 or 3 flies in the room for some reason that wouldn’t leave me alone. It didn’t seem to be a cleanliness issue though.

I paid the bill before checking the room. What a mistake, tiny dim lit room with one light. The fridge was making a loud humming noise, and the smoke detector was chirping due to low battery. I understand that rates are high in this town, I got it for 100 but this place is just unacceptable. The woman at the desk should have suggested I look at the room first. I don't think this was her first rodeo - seems like she saw me coming and made 100 bucks, probably does that a couple of times a week. Sketchy area with long term tenants.

I did not eat breakfast. From what I understood, breakfast was not served at this location at 614 Monitor ST. in LaCrosse, WI.

The main man who was working there! When I got there to check in on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 I was expecting someone at least somewhat polite to check me in, instead there was this man who would have been better off being a bouncer at a bar who said DONT GO IN OFFICE! I WILL OPEN WINDOW! STAY OUT OF OFFICE! I had a brief instinct to turn around and get out of there and not look back, but I stayed and I cooperated with this man and I got registered and I got my room.
