A little warm

I really tried to think of something I liked but there was nothing. I would have left but on arrival date we were tired and had commitments to attend to.

Room cards would not work went down to front desk three times until worker finally decided to go with me and confirmed the door would not open. Apparently there was water damage that was causing issues with that. We were not the only ones having this issues, two others were having the same problem. She said she could open the door with master key but we would have to have an employee open our door every time we would come in. Finally called someone that approved them to move us to a different room. So it was not what I had reserved and we were not given any compensation.

The a/c need to be sanitized and cleaned it felt like I was getting sick after the first night and when you walk in it smelt like some kinda nasty pipe leak

The bed was comfortable. The soaps/bath products were nice.

THERE WERE ROACHES CRAWLING IN THE KITCHEN AREA!! The room and freezer smelled of rotten fish. We couldn't open the refrigerator because the smell was SO TERRIBLE!!! No USB outlets.

Staff was nice. Our room was okay it wasn't the best but it wasn't bad either.

Our room had mold in one of the corners and rust in the shower the room had an odor when we walked in I sprayed my perfume so it wouldn't smell. The pull out couch smelt like urine and didn't have sheets on it.
