Floor Rug was damp, non-smoking room but smelled like cigarettes, no breakfast

The staff was pleasant! Parking was adequate. Noise level tolerable.

A very old facility - carpet worn, bathroom floor worn, small sink and some of the electric outlets didn't work. Extension cords to power TV. No working ice machine. The morning snack was a brown bag with a muffin, juice container, and small goldfish package.

Breakfast was a brown bag containing orange juice, 2 cookies, 1 muffin.

I asked for 1st fl because of handicap and it was taken care of no problem.

There really wasn't anything.

Nothing- we left within an hour of arriving. It was disgusting

The bugs in the bed - the broken dirty chair- the ratty frayed curtains- the dirty end table

Love the staff from front desk to cleaning crew. They excepted my dog Shiloh with open arms. I stayed at the hotel back in November with my dog, booked another stay 6 months later and they still remembered me and Shiloh. Thank you for your excellent service and radical hospitality.
