They didn't have enough towels. Were not able to get more than one clean, dry towel for 2 people.

Property is newly renovated and has indoor pool.
We requested a wheel chair accessable room when booking. When we arrived, the staff member said the only room available for us was on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator. We literally could not access our room. They still wanted us to pay full-price for a room we could not access. The staff member said I should have called as she read the request outloud then stated she did not pull the reservation and room selection from the "3rd party booking". There was nothing she could do. We were left to find other accommodations that were ADA compliant at 9 pm after driving 8 hrs.

no receptionist at the desk had to call, no shower curtain common phone did not work, very noisy room, next-door all night

Breakfast was pretty good.
Room needs reno. Talked to the very nice owner. He said he is renovating the entire hotel one area at a time. Next time we come back it should all be renovated.
Evening clerk was cold and not helpful. She answered the questions with yes or no and wasn't doing any extra.

Needs updated, pool was not open, light fixtures falling off, electrical outlets broken. Pictures very deceiving

the property was very worn down. The noise that other customers made was so loud especially till 2-3 am . The property needed to be clean all around.
