Excellent high shower head with great water pressure with plenty of hot water. Very comfortable. Excellent location.

Problem with TV but they came to fix it quickly. Pool was closed but they have parts on order to fix it. Issues reported to management who was very receptive to feed back and truly acted like they wanted things to be better.

Breakfast was good, but did not like that we had to walk to a different building down a hill to get to it. The room was great, clean and comfy. Location was spot on, all kinds of things to do near by.

Well at first we thought is was great until we were locked out of my room for over an hour, and noone could find a key to help us get in, the pool was closed the whole time we were there ( 4 days ), the Ice Machine did not work, and we kept getting the run around when asked about the pool. Mind you the weekend we were there it was 100 degrees.

The Breakfast was excellent Saturday morning. Sunday's breakfast was cold and undercooked..

The room stunk like it was moldy, and it had a cigarette smoke smell. It was so bad, we had to go to the store and buy a can of Lysol to spray the room. I asked for a lower-level room because of my disability, and they put up on the very top. It was very disappointing. I booked this hotel specifically because it said the pool was open. IT WAS NOT! we weren't able to swim the whole weekend. I don't think I will return to this establishment again!

Brought food to put in a refrigerator, that was broken and would not work. The carpet was nasty I would not walk on it without shoes. The room smelt like mold. The room location was in a horrible spot, we drove 14 hours to get a room that was facing the main road, and music played till 11:15 pm. Went for breakfast and there was very little to choose from the food was not replenished and a family of about 15 came just as we got there and they whipped out the buffet. I was so ready to leave.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was close to most of the attractions. It was a reasonable price as well.

The bed was uncomfortable. It was hard on the edges and soft in the middle. Almost like it was old and sinking in the middle. The shower made a horrible sound when it was on and the floor was soaked after the shower even using the curtain.

Jacuzzi tub with very hot water. Super soft sheets & a comfortable bed. Good breakfast.

The pool was being repaired the week we were there. We had to walk to a different building for breakfast because the breakfast room wasn't ready yet. We ended up enjoying the walk, so it wasn't too bad.

We traveled there early December. There was bed bugs, and we had to leave in the middle of the night after finding them. Having to then cut our trip short. We had to throw away our personal pillows/blankets and wash all of our clothing. They have promised a refund and have YET to give it a month later even after calling and checking on the “refund” several times. Such an inconvenience.

The property is in a very good place.

Every towel we picked up was dirty! the flooring looked like it has a lot of damage and the bathroom smelled like smoke.

There were roaches in the room. A "use" tissue in the night stand drawer and old food scattered throughout the room. No smoke detector burned out light bulbs and one lamp in the room. It felt like a rent by the hour type room. Totally disgusting. The kids wouldn't sleep under the blankets and when I brought the used tissue issue up the young woman was nonchalant about it. Would not recommend

showers are not made for the average person, I stood taller than the shower head, nothing in vending machines, add on solar panel charges- so you pay for their solar panels and they dont tell you

bad experience at the motel. first room tv didn’t work, switched to another room & it smelled horrible and was extremely dirty so had to go to another room. fire alarm went off at 1am and woke everyone up, then they just turned them off without even waiting for fire department
