The only thing good was the location, next to a gas station and freeway on ramp.

The room was very dilapidated, on the third floor, no elevator. The beds were comfortable, the pillows very hard.

The place was dirty I don't think they clean the outside at all . Hundreds of cigarette butts,tacksand glass for dogs to step on .trash all around. Dog poop everywhere.

The bed and pillows were comfortable.

The place was dingy and dirty. It felt like a homeless hangout.

it was horrible water doesn’t get hot so I couldn’t take a shower. The AC doesn’t work properly. There was a plastic bag over the smoke detector so that’s a major hazard. And the fridge did not keep my stuff cold, so I had to throw all of my food out.

Again, a bad experience with Super 8. I am currently traveling the USA for four weeks and staying in a wide variety of motels/hotels. Unfortunately, Super 8 is among the worst of them all. And I am not that demanding. In Idaho Falls it was all very mediocre. See my review. But the Super 8 in Nampa is very mediocre: poor breakfast, not a well-cleaned room (my shoes stuck to the shower floor) and worst of all: terribly noisy. When the neighbors go to the toilet or you hear everything. I assume the noisiness has to do with the cheap building (construction) of the hotel. The second night was disturbed by a huge noise that lasted for hours in the room above me. So bad that I had to complain to the front desk. Unfortunately, a medical case played out there. Why didn't the hotel staff briefly inform everyone (at least the people around this room) about this medical case along the lines of: we have an emergency, thank you for your understanding. Then I could have been spared the embarrassment of my "complaining" and spared the comment upon leaving the hotel by the staff member that my complaining was not so neat. In short extremely bad staff. I advise the hotel to remove the word Super as soon as possible. Just 8. Because super it is not at all!

Check in started a little slow, hard to find our reservation. However Jennifer did not give up, she kept working at it till she was successful. In this day and age of staffing shortages, I am sure she was fairly new. Kudos for sticking with it, calling people for help, and maintaining a positive attitude.
