The staff was amazing. Jared(front desk man) and night grounds man(don’t know his name) great personalities! And very helpful

some things were a little dated for the price, but with the last two years how does one fix this?

The carpets had stick stuff, like spilled drink that.suger in it!

I have never been so lied to before by any kind of hotel for any which reason they have charged me $212 for smoking fee that I didn't do claiming that they have pictures of cigarette butts and Ashes all over my room but they won't show me the pictures and they are video footage of me going outside their damn facilities and smoking all night long why the hell would I smoke in the room and go smoke outside this hotel is ripping everybody off i had 4 kids with me and I had three people that were complaining about my kids running up and down the halls or running and stomping down the Halls and I caught 2 people outside my door getting my number of my hotel room and then all the sudden I get a $212 smoking fee but yet they don't want to show me the proof that they have this is a biggest rip-off hotel ever no way to solve a solution knowing nothing this is a rip-off I'm going to be suing

I didn't don't like the fact that I cannot get a hold of a manager I don't like the fact that the manager cannot be straight up with me I do not like the fact that I was lied to for three days about the manager being there and I do not like the fact that they have no way at all to solve a problem you just automatically get charged for some b******* and then they don't show you the proof how in the hell is that legal

Had to request room service... I understand why because of covid concerns, tv was a fuzzy picture, shower could use an upgrade.

Room was nice size and the pool was awesome

size of room was ok.

we were under the assumption that there was restaurant and bar on the premises, when we got there they were closed down and would not be opened for another month. No breakfast replacement option was offered and there were no restaurant option within walking distance. The property is dilapidated in many areas, the parking lot is a mess etc. We slept on a lumpy mattress. There was not shampoo, or cream rinse in room, good thing we brought our own. The note pad was cut pages of copies of the original pad. They obviously do not put any money into this hotel for repairs and supplies. We ended up cutting our 3 day stay to 1 day and went to a Marriots. Worst hotel experience we have experienced to date.

The beds were comfortable. The room included a refrigerator/freezer unit.

We had reserved a king suite but at check in none available. The staff were helpful.

Shilo Inn had the most comfortable pillows and bed of any hotel I have ever stayed at. Towels were very thick, and shampoos and conditioners are really nice. Room mostly remodeled. We have traveled to many places over the past few years and they are trying hard to have good amenities. Easy access off of freeway for the Boise Area.

Could hear some freeway noise, helps to keep fan on. No breakfast, and have to make a reservation for the pool, spa and exercise room (we did not use). Wear and tear in public areas, and 10s of broken airconditioners were sitting in the parking lot, so looks junky on outside. Key cards did not work a few times, so had to go to front desk to get new ones. This hotel has potential, served our needs, but just not quite there yet. Front Desk person was not very friendly or welcoming

Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

We had a couple issues with our room, I mentioned it to the gentleman at the front desk. When we got back from the collage tour the issues were fixed.

It was a convienent spot off the freeway. The rooms were very clean and smoke free. The beds were comfortable.

The parking lot was a mess. It looked very sketchy when we pulled up. This is no fault of the employees.

Typical cheap motel breakfast.

Looks dated.
