The air-conditioning unit to turn it on was broke , roach traps everywhere nightstand dirty had bugs dead bugs around it. The refrigerator was not clean next to it had sticky stuff The bedroom was ok I was going to upgrade to the spa room but I’m glad I didn’t

Did not have breakfast. The location was good

I had a no smoking room but it smelled like smoke. The bedspread had a cigarette hole in it. They need better towels and washcloths

the refridgerator had milk and bowl of food from previous visitor. ice machine didn't work

don’t think I would be back. very dated

Hard to find, incompatible with GPS satellites, danky smelling room, linen did not look fresh! Dissapointed

So #1 the tv remote you couldnt Access the TV Guide with the remote to see what channels you had to watch or what you could watch at all so you basically had to go channel to channel trying to find something which took forever was very disappointing and when you want to watch TV after a long long day and there was black mold in the shower the room was clean and location good but i wouldnt stay there again unless amenities were updated

Some carpeting or a rug would have been nice. TV difficult to navigate the guide. Also appeared to have some seedy characters in an adjacent room. No issues. But potential felt present

First night only one channel available on tv. Main office could not answer questions about tv. Access code for Wifi was not given until asked. Pictures on website had to have been touched up.

A little noisy on the first floor. Prefer 2nd floor since it's in the back. Very convenient location.

No internet. Poor customer service. Rude, not knowing what to do. Not answering questions on availability or allowing room to speak to manager.

The place was clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi tub was very relaxing! The staff was friendly and helpful. It was out of the way which made it seem even more peaceful!
