I loved the lady that checked us in

The morning worker was extremely rude and made up rules that made me sense. She tried to kick me out for wearing a bikini. There is literally a pool 20 feet from my room , she kept calling threatening to kick me and my husband out of the room and call the cops. Aweful. Stay. Really want my money refunded

I would suggest having fruits and sugar free drinks offered for those that diabetic.

The price I got online on booking.com was amazing for a Friday night. The room was tucked off by itself so it was quit .

It was cold and took forever to warm up.

The desk clerk was super friendly and very helpful. The housekeeping was friendly and very efficient

The beds were very uncomfortable all of us had sore backs from them. The lighting was poor especially at the table once it got dark we were unable to see much if we sat at the table. There needs to be some outside sitting areas since all the rooms are non smoking. I'm a smoker and don't mind smoking outside the room but my legs and back will not allow me to stand very long so smoking was a problem. They had said in their site that there was an indoor pool. We were excited to be able to swim however it is closed down during the winter season which was not stated on the website. We were very disappointed as that was a big selling point for us to stay. We couldn't cancel as they have a no refund policy.

The double charged me the 2nd week I was there then the next week before I even booked a room they withdrew 318 dollars from my account for no reason. When asked they said "we don't know how to use the computer" absolutely a disgrace. Please stay anywhere else but here if you value your money. And whatever you do, do not give them your card number.

basically walked in room looked around, grossed out and left. Roaches, crickets, cigarette burns in bed sheets, mattress and curtains. Pubic hair on sink and toilet,dirty underwear in the trash can, things smeared on walls, holes in wall and hole kicked in bathroom door. The smell of pot etc... Front desk would not refund my money had to sleep in my truck.
