It's noisy,

They had obviously not cleaned it. When i pulled back the sheets there were other peoples hairs in it. There was also a used washcloth on the top of the shower curtain. Wont be staying here again.

The front office staff guy was kind and attentive to getting us a better room when the first one had a few issues.

It was perfect for our needs.

Was charged $475.00 for a $170.00 2 night stay. Management very rude upon entering the facilities, when trying to tell them they had already collected their funds for the room. They would not even look at my phone where I was showing them verifiable proof that they at Travelodge had collected their funds and it was deducted from my account. theyinsisted that I callbooking.com, booking.com verified that they did not take that funds all funds were to be paid directly at Travelodge upon arrival. after some haggling and showing them how that nearly extra $300 was affecting me negatively they did reimburse but it was a haggle. room 105 has cameras above the bed and one in the bathroom which I had to cover with tissue. The peephole to the door is literally a hole in the door which I had to stuffed tissue and cover with tape glass was popped out. all surfaces were very dirty with fingerprints microwave refrigerator surfaces I had to clean them so this is not a Covid proof facility. housekeeping will knock on the door as early as 9:30 in the morning to ask if you need service they are very loud. I kept that room because of mobility issues other than that I would’ve asked for a different room. other than that the staff was kind and friendly except for the first initial staff member which was the manager.

I really liked the finishes in the room--clean and efficient, laminate flooring. I loved the large bathroom. It was better than I expected.

I found the outdoor noises very annoying. Guess you don't have much control over that.

Hotel was very dated and furniture was broken. Our first room was carpeted and smelled heavily of smoke and stale. We asked for a different room which smelled better but still poorly kept and still didn’t smell fresh or clean.

I thought it was high priced first. Bed was the worst, very hard, very uncomfortable. So bad that myself and my wife were hurting every night. Had to take pain meds just to deal with it. Pillows sucked, as well!!!!

Absolutely disgusting. No surfaces were wiped down. No surfaces had been wiped down for decades.

The staff was very accommodating in matching our family needs to the room. The room was spacious. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom/shower was very nice. Pet friendly is important. The room was satisfactorily quiet.

Queen and king beds should have reading lamps on both sides. The coffee packs were not resupplied every day. Being cool outside, the fan on high didn't cool the room enough, necessitating the use of the air conditioner.
