Location was excellent. Not allot of competition from other hotels. Loved that I could use the adjacent gym as part of my stay, what a bonus!

The facility seems a little outdated. Could use a refresh. swimming pool was closed.

Location and breakfast.

On checking in both staff on duty had no interaction with us and continued playing cards whilst we checking in. Refrigerator not working and A/C unit very noisy.

Location was great. Easy walk to shops and waterfront. Breakfast was very good. Room clean and very quiet. Easy to get back to freeway. V

Well, lower rates would always be good. But the rate was in line with other hotels.

The breakfast was excellent. The location couldn't be beat for access to both Downtown Edmonds and the ferry terminal.

For a price tag of over $325/night, I felt like I got more of a $87/night experience of a hotel along a freeway. The doors in the room were filthy, the hallway exit door was in disrepair. The professionalism of the front desk staff was completely lacking. They were young people who did not show any experience in hospitality. One even forgot I was standing there and proceeded to shop for cars on her computer while ignoring me.

When we booked there was no information that the swimming pool will not be open. My 5 and 8 year olds were excited for the pool and we planned to use it in the hot days of our stay. But when we went to the pool, we were told that the pool will not be open till May 29th. That was disappointing
