Mold under the sink. Bathtub coming apart from wall. Musty smell

The location so close to the beach. The cabin style rooms. The jacuzzi bath tub. Nice big rooms with ceiling fan was nice.

Stairs going up to all rooms. Did not allow door dash to deliver to rooms. The refrigerator made a popping noise all night and I did not get a restful sleep.

Peaceful location. Quiet. Almost no car traffic. One story so nobody walking above us in the middle of the night. Bedding and kitchenette and supplies seemed fresh and clean. Microwave and refrigerator were very useful. The hotel even provided dishware and cutlery. Not good for party animals, thank all the powers that be!

The. Carpeting really should go. Once stained one can never get it really clean. A Laminate wood floor Is much more sanitary AndMany times easier to keep clean.

We loved this place. Felt like a comfortable lodge tucked away in a quiet place yet near the heart of Pacific Grone. The lady who checked us in was sweet and awesome. Cannot recommend highly enough.

The property has great square footage. It is clean. It has great access to the beach and is close to Carmel as well as cannery row.

The property has a lot of deferred maintenance within the room. The towel bar was broken, and the tub had a very large ship around the drain that was almost as large as the drain.

Absolutely nothing.

I booked and paid for a room for the evening with my fiancé and was turned away upon arrival by the front desk simply because I was from Salinas. As soon as I walked into the main office and said I was checking in, the man at the front desk asked if I was from Salinas and when I answered “yes” he said locals can’t stay there. I thought it was some kind of joke. He said it’s his managers policy because locals stay there, do drugs and destroy the rooms. I couldn’t believe it. My fiancé pulled out his Tennessee license and asked if he could check in for us being from Tennessee and the man said he’d be allowed but not me because I’m from Salinas. I had to book another hotel last minute and get a refund through Booking.com because the Rosedale couldn’t give me money back. I am completely disappointed, offended, and disgusted by the Rosedale Inn. I have never experienced this from a hotel, and don’t understand how this place is allowed to have such a discriminating policy. I was shocked. The Rosedale Inn really needs to reevaluate how they do business. That was absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.
