Sempre me hospedo lá e por não falar a língua é obrigação trocarem minhas toalhas no 1 dia eu pedir no 2 dia deixei tudo no chão qnd retornei usei minha roupa pra me secar

The sleeper sofa for my daughter was broke. There was a sign inside the mattress stating not to open up the bed. She had to sleep on top of the sofa was not comfortable at all. I notified the front desk at checkout. Also, there was a group of men partying in a pick up truck right next to my car. I didn't appreciate that.

Staff was great, quiet location…..
My handicap room was at the extreme end of the hallway. That was a lot of stress on my knees after surgery.

The bed and the breakfast.
The room was pretty empty. Walls were dirty with holes a scraped.the toilet had been moved and the black nasty stuff was still on the floor. The lack of water pressure made the shower a single stream that was like a slow drip.

Close to expressway
No elevator, room was on second floor, pool was closed,floors in room and hallway were filthy. Looked like carpet had not been vacuumed in days and tile in bathroom had not been mopped for some time, dirt on edge of tub and hairs on side of tub. Just plain nasty!!

No towels or wash clothes and the front desk informed us that they didn’t have any clean. There were roaches in the bathroom and the plug in the tub was broken

Convenient area and good price
Had a smell to it, no elevator and the bathroom was pretty dirty - dusty, mirror was dirty, faucet wasn’t cleaned, floor was dirty and had hair and I also killed a spider in there. The furniture also was in bad shape

We were there a short time just to sleep at night. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice. Convenient location.
Breakfast was lacking. The waffle was the only thing hot. No eggs or breakfast meats were out. There wasn't an elevator but I guess that's on me for not noticing that fact in the description

Easily the worst bed I have ever tried to sleep on . I say tried because I did not sleep a bit . The hotel it’s self is a bit dingy and worn out but clean enough I guess. The staff was ok . Adequate I’d say . To be honest I am not able to give an objective review after such a miserable night . This place just failed so horribly by not providing a suitable bed for a good nights sleep . Which should be main objective of a hotel .
