location to downtown very good. good eating and gas station nearby. and quiet.

The beds and pillows were comfortable, room was clean, and location was quiet.

The Arab/Indian lady at the front desk was quite rude. Upon check out, she proceeded to tell me that our room was dirty. I then asked her if I needed to go clean the room before our departure and she said no. What's the whole purpose of Housekeeping , if I have to clean the room before I leave ?

Not up to par for other hotels in chain best Western plus is a better buy. Room needed a major upgrade. Carpet dirty with track marks. Bathroom old with leaky faucets.

The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was good.

The toilet should have been cleaned.

It was easy to find and there was plenty to access near by. The room was huge and so was the bed. The in room fridge was brilliant. The breakfast was nice, when they ran low of anything you only had to ask.

Breakfast was ok but I just don’t like prefab Food, I wanted some grits but not instance grits However the bacon and Waffles was ok.

This is only a suggestion I think you guy should Replace the carpet with some type of wood tile Because the carpet had a smell even though it look Clean but it smelled dirty.

Great location, staff very nice.

The room was nice but the carpet was dirty, had a big stain in the middle of the floor.
