The continental breakfast was excellent. Fresh coffee, cookies, popcorn always available. Hotel location is perfect. Staff is very friendly & helpful.

I expected the hotel & our room decor to be classier, considering the history & name of the hotel. Decorating is rather ordinary, but neat & clean.

Every single person we encountered at the hotel was so friendly and helpful. They just couldn't have been more helpful from a room change, to directions and suggestions for dinner, shops and things to see. The breakfast was delicious and we loved coming back after skiing to cookies and pop corn. Thank you so much!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was great being right downtown close to shopping. The room was warm and very comfortable and quiet. Fabulous water pressure in the shower, thank you! Breakfast was beyond great. Quiche, apple baked oats, pastries, cereal, yogurt, etc. SO NICE to have such variety! You can't beat the charm of the place and it's historic roots. We hope to be back after the remodel to the original design. So exciting!

Our room with the kingsize bed was a little noisy at night. We asked for a quieter room and were happy with a smaller back room with a queen bed. It all turned out fine.

Super nice staff who bake cookies and make popcorn at night. The breakfast is yummy.

My heat was slow to warm the first night!

Beautiful Hotel in a great location. we could walk to any food or shopping. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable of the history of the Hotel. They offer fresh baked cookies and a lovely continental breakfast. Very dog friendly without even noticing there were dogs there. I will likely make this my go to Hotel when in Kalispell for now on.

We loved everything about this place. So glad we found it!! By far our best stay in Kalispell so far! We will highly recommend this wonderful hotel to all our friends and family!! Thank you for the best night of sleep I had had in a week!!

The only downside was traffic noise if you are not use to that.

It’s a grand old building… lots of character. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean.Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room had a window AC unit which was noisy…our room was street side and so when the AC unit wasn’t runnng the street noise was loud. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room so nowhere to keep anything.. the front desk guy said we could use the fridge downstairs and the microwave.. we appreciated the offer but really I don’t want to trek downstairs To get my stuff out of a fridge I was sharing with people I don’t know. Parking was behind the building and difficult to get to because Kalispell likes one way streets I wouldn’t stay again..

It was great to arrive to a friendly staff, freshly baked cookies, and a very nice breakfast. Wonderful experience!
