The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! The room was clean! There was a well stocked breakfast with lots of selections.

it’s unfortunate that the hot tub and pool were closed due to repairs.

The view of the recycle center next door is awful and makes you feel a little unsafe. Maybe a wall could be built or something to obstruct the view.

Location was good and the price

My cousin and I stayed in #311. There was a bad ghost in the room. This ghost bothered my cousin all night. (no jokes). Our room was not cleaned on Saturday. We were shopping all day and when we got back to the room around 9pm we found out that it had not been cleaned. We informed the night clerk and he gave us clean bedding and towels. We had to clean and make our own room. We did not have the "do not disturb" sign on the door knob!

The staff where friendly and attentive. Room was clean. Lots of space but we booked a suite.

Really struggled with the facilities, the hot tub absolutely stunk like stale urine. Kind of like a dirty urinal smells. The whole reason we book this hotel ( 3rd stay) was for the pool and hot tub. And it was completely useless. It really unfortunately ruined our trip. We could stay at a hotel for half what we Pay to stay at the best western. But we chose there for the hot tub and pool. The wifi was terrible aswell I ended up getting msgs from my cell phone company of large charges as the wifi continually dropped on my phone. Cost me 70 dollars in extra charges.
