Best deal in Santa Barbara. No AC and loud plumbing, but I can’t say I’d wouldn’t look there first for a place to stay.

No coffee shop is a shame

The place was very clean. The property is across the street from the beach.

They charge a $7.00 facility fee. There is just a pool that is too cold to use. The heater did not keep the room warm.

This location is amazing - almost on the beach (you just have to cross one road and you are there!). It has a fun retro vibe, big rooms, fun colors. Do note, there was no AC but they provided an industrial strength fan which was great. Some of the hotel is a bit rough around the edges - some areas could use a repair or two, but you can't beat the location and it is affordable. The pool is heated and is a great place to unwind.

Parking is limited - but you can find other spots on the nearby streets. Also, do note that prices double on the weekends.

It looked like the room was used as a storage closet when it wasn't being rented. Two fans. A chair that didn't really fit in the room. Everything needed updating.
