Nicely remodeled/ decorated

Very noisy!! The door to the building slams and shakes the room we were in every time anyone comes and goes from the hotel. The walls are very thin so you hear everyone else. The floors above creak so loud when any one walks. It was very difficult to get rest or sleep.

The smell as you walked in to the hotel was overwhelmingly unpleasant. The fan for the ac in our room was very loud and never turned off, even when we actually turned the ac off it still ran loudly. The shower curtain did not reach the floor so when we showered, there was water all over the floor that we needed to clean up so we wouldn’t slip. This was the least expensive option for the weekend. we needed a room in Santa Barbara and I realize why after staying there. I would not want to spend an entire vacation week here.

They over charged me and held the ove 1000 dollars for 5 days

Hyatt staff were helpful when communication fopahs were made with booking. com. When supplies were needed, they were delivered right away.
