Very good breakfast! Overall, fine value for the money. Quiet, too.

Need an actual grassed in area for walking a dog.

Breakfast was decent.

Hotel facilities appeared as if maintenance was lacking. Parking lot and sidewalk to pool in bad shape. Room had a propane like odor… yuk!

The room and ensuite were comfortable. The lobby staff were pleasant. The location (Taos) is wonderful - literally.

The parking lot surface has lots of broken areas and trip hazards. The breakfast, although advertised until 10am, was out of hot items by 9am and no effort made to re-supply. The ice machine was not working on floor 2 so we had to go downstairs to get ice.

Great location. Breakfast was great, Staff was very helpful.

The sofa bed was broken and we couldn’t use it as a bed. Shower handle needs a repair.

We booked specifically for its hot tub features. We weren’t told till we checked in that the hot tub was broken literally in half.

Breakfast was good. No complaints.

Hot tub was out of service. Chair at desk very stained. No plug in sink. Wall protecter behind entrance door missing. Needs a little refurbishing inside and out.
