It was very quiet. Really liked the double entrance to the room. We were right off the pool. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

When we first passed it looked closed. Cars park on the side of the building.

Location was ok, breakfast was good and the breakfast room was clean and spacious.

Located us in the very back part of motel, no one parking at the front. Entryway stairs in bad shape. Hallway hot. Outdated. Pool out of service.

I think breakfast should be available until 11. we missed it.

The place was run down. The pool was closed. The receptionist was not lhelpful or particularly nice. I have stayed in many hotels this was one of the worst. I would like my money refunsded but that will never happen. Where is the quality in Quality Inn?

Good location. Great breakfast.

Day we got there family in pool. Next day pool taped off. Not in service. 😳 staff said it hadn’t been in service for some time not sure what he day before when all was good.

Breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable and room clean

It’s a dated hotel. The plumbing/toilet gave us a little problem. Borrowed a plunger from the front desk. The lighting was poor. Ugh! There should be a lamp on the desk, not across the room. Not enough plugs?

We did not stay the room. It was nothing like online pics, pool was closed ,main problem place infested with prarie dogs in common area right outside room entrance . There was feces was all over the place. Were talking prarie dog hole one every square meter with several dogs to a hole. Im from kansas and i have seen prarie dog towns this was a prarie dog city!!! Manager said they had to charge 70 plus tax 81.21 out of 344.04 charged . Refund 262.83 Got a text before leaving parking lot saying my credit card was charged again from Q Inn for 162.41. Went back in and they said they would void it. Just checked my credit card billing today and that charge is still pending. NO refund of the 262.83 either!!!

The bed was very comfortable.

The bathroom was in serious need of updating. It was impossible to set a consistent temperature with the shower, and the showerhead was clearly past its prime.

The design of inside and out was great!

the lady makes a great breakfast and maintains it through out . room and bed are worth the price.also the general manager was very helpful with my room.

Limited menu, but the food was good.

The electric outlets were worn and many didn’t work. Although you attempted to have additional USB outlets, many of them didn’t work. Not enough lighting in the room, it always seemed dark, except when the curtain was open, during the day time.

They did not have our reservations and were quite rude when confronted with the booking and reservation numbers. Blamed all issues on Booking..com. they did offer a room, but not accessible or first floor. They had no elevator available. Very unimpressed with this property. Did not stay thete.

This hotel is beautiful (that fireplace in the lobby- picture worthy) and in a good location. Staff was friendly and the area is nice.

Drop ceiling needs to be updated, no toilet paper in room, towel rack was broken and charge for a single pet is $50. Last QI I stayed in charged only $20.

Well unfortunately I was denied service, because they didn't want to wait for a few minutes to show the credit card verification process to be completed. The phone died and just needed to be plugged in to complete the process, they said we would be loitering. Thousands in our pockets and the bank, couldn't wait literally 2 minutes.

Everything, no consideration or understanding for what was going on and ended up having to sleep outside again because they didn't allow us to wait a couple minutes in the lobby for the credit card verification process to be completed.
