the smell issue the people before didn’t care about the no smoking rule it had a horrible smell.

Staff was nice at check in. After that it was a nightmare. Best thing was check out!

Entering the room was bad! The smell was stale and hot. There was a terrible odor. My son had to spray deodorant to make it tolerable. There were stains on the walls from who knows what. The door frame was busted and not safe for securing. There was no second lock other than door. No smoke detector either. Just wires hanging out of the wall. This hotel is located next to 3 bars. I know bars are loud so just know if you stay here and you have kids you won’t sleep until after 2am. If I could have received a refund we would have left. If someone would have listened I would have complained. There’s no way Choice Hotels could allow this property to run under that name.

Everything it was run down full of prostitutes meth heads the blanket had cigarette holes in it it was over priced and no breakfast

the hot tub is closed over, there’s no breakfast at all, the only coffee is in the office, no coffee pot in the room. the tv channels come in weird and staticky half the time as well as volume issues. there were roaches and beetles and who knows what other bugs in our room. the cops were there more than once, fire truck and ambulance as well. you can’t step out of the room without being blasted by the smell of weed. there are no elevators. lots of shady characters and we were harassed by a lot of them. the bed is super uncomfortable and for two people in a king sized bed they only gave us two flat pitiful pillows. I had to go buy more because they’re less than accommodating here. the room I booked was a smoking room and they do not have smoking rooms any more apparently, which I understand but I booked it to be able to vape inside. just update the listing and you’d have less people pissed off about that. there were pubic hairs in the bathroom and on the towels. there were long black hairs in the bed. The bedsheets and towels are stained. The cleaning is pathetic.
