Staff were friendly. Room was comfortable. The motel was close to where we were going.

The environment (rugs, chairs) seemed worn and not quite clean. We were told restaurant was open, but did not know we needed to order from the bar, so sat there for a bit before we figured it out. The staff was very friendly and helpful when realized.

The location is great for attending Texas Rangers games, parking is convenient and the AC worked very well, price was fair.

The internet reception was poor, for the entirety of my stay, it would disconnect randomly and rarely stayed connected for more than 5 minutes at a time. The initial login by room and last name also didn't work, so had to call the desk to get an alternate code. Check-in also took longer than expected with no one in line ahead of me.

No hablamos mucho inglés y en recepción nadie es bilingüe tampoco hacen esfuerzo por entender, excepto por un funcionario. No hay servicio de mucama si no se solicita y cuando lo hicimos era muy tarde no se podía y al día siguiente se olvidaron , 2 días sin aseo en habitación, cuando fue la mucama solo hizo la cama , el aseo deficiente , toda la basura queda El desayuno desordenado , tazas sucias etc Por Booking.com nos cobraron un valor y en el hotel $200 dólares más La recepcionista un día estaba comiendo en la entrada al lado del mesón de recepción, con las manos , pésima imagen Solicité toallas que faltaban en mi habitación 2 veces y finalmente bajé a recepción y la recepcionista me envió a hablar con las mucamas del pasillo y tuve que solicitar y llevarme personalmente la toalla Nos dejamos llevar por otras puntuaciones pero en realidad no supera nota 6

Staff need to be ore professional - atleast as per Double tree by Hilton standards that we experience around the world, they need to have product knowledge and be able to brief the guests about the room facilities e.g. - if the room has a walkin shower or bathtub. Not happy with the room - was dated and unpleasant. The bed is awful and the airconditioning makes the room clammy and humid. the lighting is not that great. the shower pressure was not good and it took a long time to actually have a proper shower. the fact that housekeeping service has to be requested was not told to us at checkin. so we were surprised when our rooms were not made up. this is a big no. quite disappointed with the overall stay!!

Hotel is a little rundown, the hallways smell musty and the outside of room windows are filthy. Bathroom did not have a working exhaust fan which created a humid sauna like room.

The bed was comfortable.

We waited over an hour to check in. We finally got to the room to get ready for an event and no towels in our room - no trash can either. One elevator and the hotel was packed so had to use the stairs the whole time. The keycard we were given didn’t unlock the door and had to go back down again. It was pretty awful and for $300 - never again.
