Room was very dirty pillowcases was dirty and the room smells disgusting and toilet was dirty, I wanted a refund and clerk refused to give me. I can never stay there again. I didn’t like anything about the room and my stay was very uncomfortable 😣

The room I was given was really dirty looked like it was not cleaned after someone else bed looked like someone slept in them the bathroom was dirty like someone used the bathroom and dirty it all around the shower was on the tawels were used literally the room was used and never cleaned

Overall was good start for the price. And waffle house is right next door.

We checked in and got the key to our room. It had bugs, it smelled, it was dirty, and the people hanging outside their rooms made us feel unsafe. So, right away we went back to the front desk to get a different room. She gave us a key to a different room. the key wouldn't even open the door. Feeling safe was not any better at that location. We went back for a refund. there was NO WAY we were staying there.

The room was filthy didn’t look like it had been cleaned in a while. Drug dealers hanging out in front of stairs and elevator all hours, I want allowed to leave the room without my husband due to this situation. I’d have to get passed them to even get an item from my car. I attached a photo from behind the bed and a picture of the falling apart mattress that was so uncomfortable

everything. there’s no sense of safety, roaches live at the hotel more than humans (LITERALLY an unhealthy amount of roaches), staff is really rude, I’d rather be homeless to do that again. this place needs to be legally shut down.

The guy running this place is not a Customer Service Professional at all. In fact while I was trying to check in, he's cursing 🤬 at some guy looking for help. Heck the roaches kept running off with the TV remote, and the TV was hangin on the wall like a haunted picture. There were children running around and playing like it was the projects.

DO NOT STAY HERE! ITS CALLED CRACK VALLEY FOR A REASON! ROOMS ARE DISGUSTING AND ROACH INFESTED. THEY DONT CLEAN THE SHEETS, FLOORS, NOR THE BATHROOM!!!!!!!

Starter with the parking lot on the dust no payment grawn, the hotel outside is felty nasty floors the elevator smells nasty, the room had a cigarette smell bathroom felty bathtub old and dirty, whole on the door cover with brown paper, the two blankets had wholes, on the white sheets was hairs of the previous gets. Well I have the pictures to prove my allegations.

There was roaches in room and walking on balcony. There was loud music in the middle of the night horns honking and the location was dirty. Sink was loose and shower was very slick curtain rod for shower was broken. ( my guess someone slipped while in shower and broke it) not gonna ever that There again thats for sure!!
