The property was very clean, in a quiet and nice place. The staff was very helpful. We were traveling and we wanted a place to stay the night, this was it. The room was very clean and cozy. The price for the room was also very reasonable and good compared to other hotels in town. It is one of the best properties in town. I would recommend staying at the Sunset Inn for all your stays.

The room was very spacious, the beds/pillows were extremely comfortable and the room got very dark at night.
Looks pretty beat up on the outside, but the inside is very nice.

tv wouldn’t work , heater didn’t work very well ,no towels at all provided in room , neighbors up all night being extremely loud

The room was remodeled (better than the exterior), bed was comfortable and it was pretty quiet.
Water damage on the ceiling of the bathroom, and the water wasnt that hot. The bed sat on a metal box which i kept hitting and it would make a loud boom. The ac kept turning off and if i put it on fan the room got hot and stuffy.

the pool was empty and they didn’t advertise it. it was super nasty and dumpy.

The owners/staff were extremely accommodating and apologetic when our issues were relayed, and addressed the issues immediately.
The rooms were not properly cleaned. There was a red stain splattered on the back of the bathroom door, and 2/3 rooms in our party had stained/improperly washed bedding thst had to be changed. If we hadn't already paid, and just needed layover room for the evening on a very long drive, we would have gone somewhere else

people playing loud music and partying in the parking lot crowding the whole thing to the point you couldn’t park a pickup, and they turn your AC off when you leave the room

Great bath tub! Nice hot shower.The manager was kind and helpful, and we arrived very late!

clean, pleasantly surprised by how spacious the room felt even though the windows were small and high up it was good because we were able to leave windows open for air flow, great water pressure for shower, overall good value family room
there was only 2 bath towels and two face towels, 1 hand towel for our party of 5 people. and only 2 coffee packets! the towels were very stained and worn thin, the sofa bed needs clean linen and needs to be cleaned underneath, there was a dirty sock and tissues under the sofa

The front desk were rude. There were a bunch of mattereses hidden behind the facility looked like they may have had a bedbug issue because the place wasn't very clean.

Room was clean and nicely decorated with modern furniture and comfortable bed. I like the fact that it had laminate floors instead of the usual sketchy hotel carpet. It was quiet even though it was on a busy road.
Room was clean but smelled strongly of bleach, which did irritate my throat a bit. Parking lot level window opened, which is a bonus, but didn't lock. I realized this in the morning while getting ready to leave.
