Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful clean grounds. Beautiful redwood trees. Centrally located. Felt safe. Seems up on covid safety

The staff are really wonderful and friendly and go out of their way to make you feel safe and at home. The premises feel park like with beautiful redwoods.

Nice grounds big room

Staff wasn't super friendly, and at $120+ a night I should only need to use one remote, it was a pain using one for channels and another for the power and volume. It took forever to get hot water in the sink, and was surprised to find just on bath towel

Close to downtown, restaurants, etc. A bit noisier than we expected with a busy street not far from the rooms.

I wasn't able to try out any of the facility offerings, unfortunately. The room & bed were very comfortable.

1. A map of the facility would have been nice. It stated that there would be one on the back of my receipt, but there wasn't one. There also wasn't one inside of the facilities notebook in the room. 2. I found what looked like cracker crumbs around the plastic cups and soaps in the bathroom. 3. The bedspread had a very noticeable butt print on the bed near the nightstand.

The staff was professional and did a great job. The only thing is no breakfast. I would of liked that other hotels do sack breakfast to go. Not a hard fix for your customers. Other than that excellent place to stay
